By downloading, installing, or using Tawazon ('the App'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Tawazon is a personal health tracking app for iOS that helps users monitor water intake, sleep, steps, fasting, calories, and workouts. The app is available in English and Arabic and includes optional Pro subscription features.
3. Free Version
The free version of Tawazon provides access to all core tracking features at no cost. The free version is supported by advertisements displayed via Google AdMob. By using the free version, you agree to the display of advertisements.
4. Tawazon Pro Subscription
4.1 Subscription Plans
Tawazon Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription with the following plans:
- Monthly: $2.99 per month
- Yearly: $19.99 per year (save ~44%)
Prices may vary by region based on local App Store pricing. All prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes where required.
4.2 Free Trial
Tawazon may offer a free trial period for new Pro subscribers. During the free trial, you will have access to all Pro features. After the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method on file will be charged unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
4.3 Automatic Renewal
Your Pro subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
4.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (App Store → Account → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until then.
4.5 Refunds
All subscription purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are unable to process refunds directly.
5. Health & Medical Disclaimer
Tawazon is designed for general wellness tracking and informational purposes only. The app is NOT a medical device and is NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or disease.

- Do not use this app as a substitute for professional medical advice
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, and code within the Tawazon app are the exclusive intellectual property of Tawazon and are protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tawazon and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, health outcomes, or financial loss.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
